Step by step:

Step 1

CHOOSING THE GIFT – When accessing the website, you will soon find our products and offers on the home page or on the available category pages. Choose the arrangement that suits you best, whether on the home page, searching through the menu or doing a search by typing the word of the product you want to find in the search field. Within our menu, you will find categories for each specific occasion and the arrangements we recommend for each of these reasons for which you want to send your gift. After selecting the product, click on BUY OR ON THE CHOSEN PRODUCT to proceed to the next step.

Step 2

1. Clicking on the add to basket button will open a screen where you can choose between two buttons.

– “CONTINUE SHOPPING” BUTTON this button places the product in the shopping basket, note that clicking on this button the shopping basket found at the top right will indicate the number of items placed in the basket. To access the basket, simply click on the basket image.

– ‘FINALIZE PURCHASE’ BUTTON, where you will automatically be taken to the checkout, where you just need to fill in your details, delivery details, message, choose the delivery date and time and make the payment. To do this, just follow the explanation found on the checkout pages.

2. Clicking on the product image

you will be directed to the PRODUCT DETAILS PAGE – see the information above in “Step 2” to purchase if you decide to click on the product. On this page you will find a larger image of the product and below0 a complete description of the product (READ THE DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY) , because in it you will find essential information about the product such as color, size, composition of the arrangement or bouquet, the flowers that are used and the quantity of each flower, as well as explanations of possible substitutions and other information about our packaging.

Fill in the mandatory fields, as indicated in the step-by-step instructions on the page.

1 – CEP FIELD – You must enter the CEP of the delivery location to verify the delivery fee and whether we deliver to the desired location.

2 – CHOOSING THE DATE -The next step is to select the delivery date. Select the date you want to schedule your delivery on the calendar by clicking on the delivery day. MAKE SURE YOU SELECTED THE CORRECT DATE. When choosing a date, the periods available for delivery will appear.

3 – DELIVERY PERIODS – Choose the available delivery period that best suits you. We will do our best to ensure that your flowers arrive at their destination within the selected time.

4 – ACCESSORIES – Further down the page, you can find accessories to accompany the flowers such as wines, chocolates, plush toys, etc… we select different types of accessories for each arrangement and occasion that best fits. If you want one of the accessories, simply mark the ones you want and the quantity, and they will be added to the product.

5 – ADD TO SHOPPING BASKET button – Then just click the ADD TO SHOPPING BASKET button to proceed to the next step of the purchase.

Step 3

IN THE SHOPPING CART YOU WILL FIND

1 – The list of products you selected to buy and will increase the quantity of products, delete and remove products from your cart or return to step 1 and select new products.

2 – COUPON OR GIFT VALUE FIELD – This field must be filled in when and if you have the code for one of our promotions. By entering the valid code or gift certificate and clicking calculate, this will automatically grant you the discount on your invoice on the value of the products.

3 – MESSAGE CARD AREA – Where you will be able to choose the message card you want to send along with the flowers and write the message with your text or determine that you do not want to send any message or card. Remember that we print the text of the message on the computer as it reaches us without any changes on our part. Therefore, if the message card is not signed, it will not receive a name and the card will remain anonymous.

FINALIZE BUTTON – when you verify that the items in your cart are the ones you want to purchase, and that the message is correct, simply click the FINALIZE SHOP button

Step 4

CHECKOUT PAGE

On this page you will find the forms to fill out and finalize your order. Therefore, follow the steps given below

1 – YOUR DATA

1.1 – If you are already a customer click on: DO YOU ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT? CLICK HERE TO ENTER and log in, your customer details will appear automatically.

1.2 – If you are a new customer and DO NOT HAVE A REGISTER yet, continue filling out the form with your details, remember that all data that has “*” next to the field, ARE MANDATORY.

2 – DELIVERY DATA

2.1- Complete the fields in this part of the page with the RECIPIENT's data. It is important to fill in all the fields correctly so that delivery is guaranteed and so that we can complete the delivery without any problems. Please note that the recipient's telephone number must be provided, as if there is any difficulty during delivery we can resolve it without having to return the flowers to our store. We never call ahead to schedule delivery.

3 – PAYMENT

3.1 – choose the payment method that suits you best and fill in the fields according to the step-by-step instructions on the website. If you choose credit cards, simply fill in the requested card details, the system is completely secure and payment is authorized directly without any handling of your details. If you choose a bank slip, simply print the slip and make the payment and send us the scanned or photographed proof of payment document to our email [email protected] indicating in the title the order number to which the payment refers. If you still choose to transfer online, simply make the transfer and send us a screenshot of the screen to our email [email protected].

4 – ORDER SUMMARY

4.1 – Check your order details, values, mark the check box to receive our promotions and click the FINALIZE button. The system will automatically process your request and tell you if it is approved.

This way, your order will generate a number and will already be processed by our center.
