If your order arrives at its destination more than 45 minutes late, we may refund the delivery fee paid. Same day orders are normally fulfilled as long as your order is placed within the same day shopping time limit, the website will indicate the time and show the availability of delivery dates on the calendar, however, the deadlines for the same day Deliveries chosen for delivery may not always be carried out as requested. Likewise, if the recipient cannot be found, whenever possible we leave it with someone responsible who is at the location.

Deliveries to hotels, flats, hospitals, barracks, concert halls, etc... responsibility ends with the delivery of your order to the concierge or to the person responsible for taking it to the room, dressing room, etc...

Deliveries to colleges, schools, courses, conferences, etc… On these occasions we only accept and guarantee deliveries of orders to employees. In case the recipient is not at the delivery location or there is no one at the address who can receive the order, (many condominiums do not allow doormen to receive flowers), we will try to contact the recipient by phone in order to find a solution to carry out delivery or to schedule a new delivery. There is also the possibility of our delivery people leaving the order with a neighbor or responsible person close to the location (we will be communicating this to your registration email). ORDER CANCELLATION

Refund Rules:
Purchases paid by Credit Card:
